This is the ONLY list of people allowed to use Tamakai. If you are not on this list, you are not allowed to use Tamakai, and must undergo training first.
Squad 11 members squad ability allows them to use tamakai without training. This is the ONLY squad who do not have to go through training to use the tamakai system.
