Training takes parts in 4 sections, Each section is made out in RP style.

Firstly.
Basic System Training, this is set in a school room type setting, the point of it being to teach the student about the system, its limits, and all other aspects of the system. This should be done bit by bit, working on one aspect of the system per post. at the end of this you should ask about 5-10 questions about the system for the student to answer. if they pas the test move onto the next section. Also they need to post there RP profile OR a link to there RP profile, to be viewed by the trainer too make sure there not a "Vizard" or a "espada" (or espada lower ranks) and to make sure there profile is ok and not over powered.

Secondly.
Meditation, this scene happens in a dojo style room, and is basically a meditation between the student and there sword spirit, this should last about 4 posts each or longer, once finished move onto the next section.

Thirdly.
Basic Combat Training, at first the sword spirits, like vizard training, can only be materialized for a minute or two, lasting longer the more the person progress's until the point where the student can keep there sword spirits out indefinatly. During this training the student should be attacking the trainer as best they can, they can use shikai but not bankai.

Finally.
Battle Test between the trainer and the student, the student may use there sword spirits freely, the point of this stage is to access the students use of tamakai and also give them a chance too test out tamakai before using it in the field.

And thats it, once you have finished you may decide if the person has passed or failed, if they fail further training is required. when the person passes mark the thread as "approved".

If you are a Civil Trainer and have approved someone, you must first get a crew ranked trainer to look at your training thread and approve that the person has passed before informing the student that they have passed, once yourself (Civil trainer) and a crew ranked trainer both approve, the crew trainer will mark the thread as approved.
