Occupation: A recent college graduate, officially speaking, she has come to america to take a job as a stock broker. Unofficially she came to America on her sailor power guardians insistence. Her mother and father remain in China and while she makes enough to bring them over, does not wish to until things settle down.
Transformation: She chants "The Black Consumes", her whole form and surroundings turn pitch black and surrounded in a black fog. He scythe materializes then sucks the fog out of the air, revealing her in her senshi attire.
Attacks:
Color Drain: sucks the color out of someone... leaving them energyless.
Void Zone: Creates a black area on the ground that damages all that step in it.
Dimensional Door: Creates a black hole out of thin air. steping through the portal takes you to it's target desination.
Relic/Henshin:
Her henshin is a bracelet of silver and deepest onyx.

Personality: A driven new business woman and warrior, she's very no non-sense. After a few years of fighting on her own, her view of the world is very black and white. You're either right, or wrong.
Her major flaw is cockyness. She assumes that her way is the right way untill proven otherwise. Still, she has an inner calm the expresses itself in a variety of ways. She never yells or screams, regardless of the situation. A skilled warrior, her attacks are deliberate and accurate, never chaotic or flailing. She is slow to anger, but also slow to forgive.
Ethics: Before Rainbow is found, She has alot in common with Neptune and Uranus. Purely practical, Often "the ends justify the means" . She's not afraid to commit small evils for the greater good. She learns over time thats not all there is to it.
Once Rainbow is awakened and shown to be the princess, she starts to soften and will usually defer to her judgement grudgingly. At least until the issue can't be delayed any longer. Once that happens, if the matter is life or dealth, she will still act on her own if she feals she needs to. Occasionally doing things the others think are wrong.
