Powers: Raido can control lightning to utilize it as a weapon and defense, as well as absorb different forms of electricity and convert it into more energy for lightning based attacks. He can bend paths of lightning can also control metals through magnetism as well as all other magnetic objects.
Attacks:
Lightning fists: After sending lightning to his hands Rai Kid will unleash a flurry of punches.
Lightning Bomb: Raido will send lightning chakra into the palms of his hands. Once concentrated into a ball Rai kid can leave the ball and set it off at any time after it has been made. Rai Kid may also reabsorb the attack to regain some energy. it can be set off directly by Rai Kid, timed, or set to explode when someone comes close to it. When the bomb goes off it shoots directly to anything that can conduct an electrical current.
Thunder Kick: First Rai kid will send chakra to his feet and unleash a flurry of high speed kicks. The kicks can easily break the sound barrier. Upon impact the kick will make a sound as loud as thunder, hence the name Thunder Kick.
Magpoint: Raido will alter the electro–magnetic field of a person or object to make the target's charge negative or positive and give them a weak or strong charge, depending on the amount of energy used. This technique along with other skill can prove very helpful in directing and aiding attacks.
Magbash: After using Megpoint Rai kid will force his foe into the air by making a current of electro-magnetism then create lightning clones. The lightning clones will lock hands and form a ring under the foe. Raido with then use Lighting fists and unleash a furry of punches on his opponent sending them higher and higher into the air. After the 10th punch Raido will force himself to the ground then jump above them using thunder kick to kick them 5 times in one-second sending them into the clones which in turn would have exploded into a ring of lightning shocking the foe into paralysis for a minute or two.
Lightning Clone: The clone can carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Lightning clone is injured, it will revert into its natural lightning state. should the clone come into contact with electricity, it will be momentarily stunned.

Tank Mode
Pulls random metals from the area, as well as some from underground to make an armor to encase his body from harm. This form is relatively slow moving but doubles the strength of attacks. This form also allows him to take a bit more damage.
Speed Mode
Pulls lighter and less stronger metals and minerals from the area as well as some that are buried. This form is relatively fast because of the material, but halves the power of attacks and can withstand less hits.
Fallen Angel Form
This is the form he took when he was in hell. This form can be activated at any strong emotional stat.If it has been activated that way it can only be re-activated if in a near death situation. Doubles speed, power, and defense.

Lightning Strike Armor: This technique is used in conjunction with two swords. Drawing two swords together, Raido will spin the blades to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his entire metallic body and his swords. This electricity will envelope his body in an extra layer of protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly.
Lightning cannon: Shoots a large ball of electricity. The ball is fast moving and will explode on contact with any solid object.
Plasma cannon: Shoots a small ball of plasma. The ball will expand as it travels slowly to its target. It can be directed by using Magpoint and gains strength as it travels.

Dark Matter Ball: A slow moving, small ball of antimatter devours anything on contact.
Dark Plasma Slash: A slash with the scythe that releases a paper thin wave of plasma. Burns enemy on contact.
Dark Lightning Ball: A ball of black lightning. Just looks cool.
Black Lightning Blade: A slash made with a charged scythe. The blade turns black and sparks start to form around the body.
Bio: Was born with power over the element of electricity. Over the years he perfected it as he watched over the world. He would spar with some of the other angels. However he got bored of fighting in heaven and went to hell to cause some trouble and fight amongst the hellions and demons. Caused so much trouble he was forcefully kicked out by everyone in hell. He was tainted by his trip to hell and was not allowed back in heaven. He then trained on earth and fought any and everyone he met and left a trail of dead bodies in his travels.
Special/Unique Abilities or Knowledge: Can change his physical appearance into any other humanoid form. The form he walks around in is merely a shell. The face and body was stolen from some unlucky guy tho just happened to be the first person to cross paths with Raido. Just so happened to be a 17 year old boy. However the shell may be taken off to reveal his true being.
