RSO: A one-on-one competitive game of shooting your opponent down before you're shot down. Decks tend to be built around one or two characters, each of whom has their own strategies they tend toward. Each game takes a varying amount of time depending on how much of it is spent forgetting how to play (in my experience). (Also, Yuyuko WILL. NOT. DIE.)
"But, I don't have any cards!" I hear you say. That's okay. There's a freeware program called LackeyCCG that allows people to play card games online. Even better, an RSO mod for the program has already been made, complete with translations of the cards. You can download LackeyCCG with the mod already set up by clicking here, then just extract and run.
When I play online, I usually use Hamachi, which is also freely available. It's a tool for making safe, virtual LANs, so you don't have to hand out your IP address to relative strangers.
