So this is for discussion and ideas on making a suit for say fighting crime because it is a fun topic and technology is catching up to that kind of level. So I will start following up on this in the next post.

Helmet
(Sensory System Display)
[Sight, Radar, Hearing, Health Monitoring, Communications]
The outward appearance should be blank and/or imposing. With most if not all mechanical pieces protected.
Inside I was thinking putting the new credit-card thick display screens w/ eye tracking systems to see where your eyes look so that in turn you will be able to see where you are looking((Tracking system linked to cameras mounted in good position for as much a normal view as possible)) Also like Iron man had an A.I. if possible or computer that receives vocal commands to better integrate your actions. Maybe as well electron receivers on your head to further command functions.
The Neck area should not be hugging "your" neck but act somewhat like a hood and spread to your shoulders.
For the Body I have no idea what materials to use on the outside I would advise impact gel under spider silk armor inside. And if at all possible robotics, and motors for assistance in mobility. Shock absorbers in the leggings/boots to absorb landings/falls. On the back of the suit maybe have "scales" that can be opened with solar panels to charge on the insides.
Main points that I think are important:
Mobility, Ease and Run Time
Weaponry can always come later.

I do agree with you on everything accept the outside should look slightly menacing. but not to evil looking. an I was thinking flexiable titanium for the chest plate and joints.
