¨*:·..·:*¨
Something like this:
User Image. That is one I just made up...however, I have seen many an avatar that looks quite similar. Always with that stupid hair. Always with a companion. BLEH.

Ahh, the GCD. I hang there from time to time, though I consider myself a WGer.

GCD tends to be very matchy-matchy. And even if they say they don't have trends, a lot of them are extremely rich so yes, they do like to show off the newest thing on the block; usually the newest million+ gold item. Most GCDers make me feel very poor.

Sweet Porridge (hair), Pale Marionette (any pose), NKS and Oisin Blessing's (eyes) are extremely popular in the GCD. Erik's Masquerade, Jekyll's Morality and Hyde's Bloodlust are very big atm. I suspect the new blessing will be popular as well.

Funny enough, despite being fond of the GCD I own none of the currently popular items. Maybe its an internal rebellion? I sunk all my gold into a Mercury's Moon instead - figured it would get used far more than the current trends.

After the AT, I find the WG has perhaps the most intriguing selection of avatars. Many games are avatar based so it keeps things fresh. There are about 50/50 themed vs. layered/matching and a few really creative avatar builders. One of my fav. forums to avatar surf. More simplistic (usually) then the AT, but fun.

...Where do the GCDers get their gold? Because I recognize very few of them from the world of playing the market.

I've noticed a lot of... I don't know. Promish? Avatars lately. They're just a simple goldshop dress and like a corsage or a long-stem rose. It looks terribly n00bish but it's often people who have been around for a couple months or so. The male version of the same is the Flirty Suit and a rose or the Chained Pocket Watch.

I suppose they get it from buying and reselling cash shop items. I have no idea about ralliers though, the gold for those Lusty Scoundrels has to come from somewhere.

As most of those "prom" clothes are full body and pretty standard I assume they feel discouraged to add more items? D:
