Okay, so the major plot of the movie revolves around a guy who gets exposed to a biochemically active agent in a piece of alien technology, and then spends the rest of the movie slowly turning into one of these aliens. This becomes relevant to the guild when you watch a deleted scene explaining that these aliens are fully functional hermaphrodites that can self-inseminate.

So, would you trade your humanity for a set of the opposite sex's bits?
