I was accepted to be a facebook friend (his personal, friends only acct) by an up and coming, excellent photographer named Phoenix Taylor smile I am in love with his work and SO hope he'll be able to hook me up, maybe even with the Twilight cast. I would SO love to do some beauties for them! Seems like All I ever see is boring publicity shots razz Plus ... Twihards hungry for MY photos!! *dies*

haha i feel your excitement : )
i took these pictures of this band and they want to use them for their cd album and now i've got a guy who works at a photographer for people like Robert Plant and Dolly Parton and all those crazy people, looking at a cd of my photos and i got that rush. he said that i could prolly just watch him in action if he has no intern stuff open.
and i can see why you like this guy. his stuff is epic and he should be happy to have such a great fan whee

Nice! I haven't had a lot of time to do any photos lately, and I definitely haven't been able to shadow any super awesome photographers in FOREVER!!! Oh well. . . I'll be able to afford a tripod at least. . . . .^_^ Thats super awesome Phoenix! Gratz!!!

I do feel pretty lucky and I hope I'll be able to squeak my way into real pro photography! I've been networking with some other photographers on modelmayhem too. Basically, I've been looking at the names on shots I like in magazines and looking up the artists and shooting off emails! I suppose I'm in the market for a mentor biggrin
Kokihi, you're sweet smile good luck saving! I need to use my tripod a bit ... maybe do some HDRs or something. I've been uninspired to actually shoot since my bro passed in January and I got bumped from my job. Just been trying to work on the business side of things lately to really get out of my nowhere job and away from my awful boss.
