If you don't want to take the time to sell your own items, or you want to donate an item to the guild, then please contact Gavscar and he will make arrangements for it.

The rules are as follows:

If you want to sell your own item, but want him to do it, you will get all the profit (minus his minor fee of like 1 or 2%)

If you want to donate an item to the guild, and the item sells, all the profit goes into the guild vault.
