Magnetico Lectricas, Magneticas, Hersian Continent
Magnetico Lectricas is the capital city of the same said Clan. The City itself is personally governed by Zain. The City is the center of Magnetican military and politics, and is also the center of research and technological progress. It is the largest city in the world, and it stretches through most of the Magnetican Territory.
The Magnetican capital is built on a cold wasteland, different from the burning desert of Chini. The top layer of land was made infertile generations ago by Chaos' wrath. When the Magneticans rebuilt, they could no longer live in harmony with nature and re-made their city out of metal. They reach healthy roots and water by digging deep wells and houses underground.

Sutherland Tower, Sutherland, Hersian Continent
Sutherland Tower is in the dead center of Sutherland, a neutral territory in the middle of a round cliff range. The Tower is home to Amelia Holiguarde, governer of the Sutherland territory. The area around the tower is thickly forested with a river flowing straight through. Cliffs around the territory are not very high, but they are very steep. Thus, travel in and out of the territory is not very common.
The territory does contain a small population of people choosing to be free from the clan system.

Windlock City, Gale, Hersian Continent
What started out as a small village in a canyon became a thriving, cliff dwelling city. Windlock is the capital city of the Gale clan and also the home of it's leaders, who bear the same name. It is said that Windlock was blessed by Windy and that the residents have special powers of their elements.
Many schools of the covert art are hidden in the city's walls.
The residents get about the cliff-town by way of bridge and glider. Gliders can be rented for shorter distance travel.
