There are two large desks in this room, upon both of which sit computers. Behind them sit secretaries busily directing things and before them the small room is lined with chairs and potted plants. On occasion side-quests can be procured here.

"Hello?" Otto called out into the room as she peered in, "Anyone home?"
No one answered so she stepped in, feeling a bit self-conscious of her bare arm. The room seemed unbearably hot, or so the thermometer on one of the desks seemed to indicate: Otto couldn't feel it so it was no problem to her. Upon walking in the lights in the ceiling popped and snapped, and when she stood next to one of the computers, during her wait for some sign of another person in the school, it began to smoke then procured the blue screen of death. Little sparks of electricity jumped from an open outlet into the bare metal of Otto's arm.
"Hello?" She called again, feeling a bit more out of place, "I'm here to ask about the power training course. Why was it cancelled?"

The headmistress entered the room coming in through the door which led to her office. She took one look at the student, standing in the room, then looked at the computer on her right. Immediately the blue screen of death stopped, the screen flickered then code began to run across the screen before the machine shut down.
She suppressed the student's power and was rather quick to take the androids state in.
"The class will begin soon it was never cancelled, don't be silly then," Georgia stated cooly in a monotone as her fingers traced the edge of the desk, "Tell me now, why such poor control dear?"

"I/I/I'm not s/s/ssure," Otto replied her voice cracking the way most robots did when their circuits were being damaged, "I/I nnnnneeed h/help I/I/I suppose."
She then realized, or at least supposed, why her voice was cracking the way it did, it was the headmistress's doing. She'd heard the woman was able to manipulate things, Otto just never thought she'd be one of them.

The headmistress smiled coyly and removed her finger from the desk, the lights went back to flickering and the computer began to smoke once more as she stopped using her powers.
"Very well then, wander around little one," Georgia said with a wave of her hand over her shoulder as she left the room, "And dear, when class begins tell Ninotchka to run you extra hard."

Otto backed out of the room slowly and as soon as her processors were working once more she looked up this 'Ninotchka' person and for a second felt a bit of fear in her circuits. Ninotchka was apparently, not a very nice person and in stumbling upon a picture of the woman- She immediately inferred that. No worries for her though, anyone could change and appearances and backgrounds meant nothing to Otto. So she pulled out a map and began wandering around campus a bit more.
