I am thinking about building a Deck based on Divine Grace-Northwemko with a Spellcaster lock using Magician's Valkyria, so no one could attack my spellcasters, and maybe some spell counter monster. Any suggestions?

You all just completely missed the point.
She wants Divine Grace- Northwemko
What does it matter if its good or bad. Yugioh is about playing a game. games are fun.

It looks pretty good. I might have to steal your idea of using wemko in a spell caster deck. I have her in a pure ritual deck.
If you really want to use her though I would throw in manju or another set of wemko and divine grace to increase the chances of actually being able to use her.
