I like both. Shounen-ai is sweet and i like Yaoi hardcore twisted I think example of shounen-ai is like loveless or gravitation and yaoi got more s** scenes. whee

Junjou Romantica both the manga and the new anime
Monochrome Factor, it became more of a shonen ai in the anime but its still an awsome story

Definitely a triple tie for first place would be Loveless (manga), Gravitation (anime), and Junjou Romantica (Manga).
