I know I have to level 'em up some more and I know I *need* to ditch Psycho Cut, but besides that what else? How much more do I need to level them up for the Elite Four? What stat boosters should I give them? Any particular moves I should teach 'em? Etc.?

Putting a pokemon with as few weaknesses as possible on the front of your team is a good idea. All five will pounce on you at once with no chance to recover in between battles, so you'll be sending the same first pokemon out into five seperate battles so it's best to not be caught by surprise.
So don't use, say, your Graveler.
Normal-types and Electric Types are best for this reason.
Your best bet is probably that Ampharos to head your team.
Teach that Kadabra of yours a non-psychic move to take advantage of its high Special Attack. Plow through your TM's.
Use something really long-lasting against Umbreon, the first one you'll face. Switch between Ampharos and its electric attacks (Umbreon has monster defense stats) and probably your Gyarados with his Dragon Rage, because it will do 40 points HP damage no matter WHAT, and I've not seen the girls use recovery items on their pokemon.
Espeon you wanna hit hard and fast, or barring that, either Gyarados with his Bite or your Kadabra for stalling.
The others are elemental Eeveloutions so just switch to the appropriate type advantage pokemon you have.
Mind you, my solutions are not the only ones. When I faced them this last time I sent out Jirachi first. Draco Meteor covers a lot of sins.

I would have taught Gyarados Aqua Tail at lvl 35, With his far higher attack it will Damage more than Surf, even though Surf Attack strength is 95 and Aqua Tail is 90.
Yes get rid of Pyscho Cut at lvl 40 and learn Psychic instead, Kadabra has over 3 times more Special Attack strength than attack.
Really just give your pokemon attacks that its Attack/Special attack can make the most of.

Hmm hmmm....
It's getting better.
You still need to level your team at least four to five more levels if you want a good shot.
NOTE: My suggestions are not the only ones, nor are they likely even the best ones (I doubt it). You're not facing off against a tournament-level play. You're facing off against a computer with pre-programmed responses and an Elite Four that loves Full Restore every time you get their pokemon into the red zone...and repeatedly. You might be the type to toxify and wait them out instead of being quick. That requires a different type of thinking strategy than I typically use.
If you remove any moves get rid of all HM moves (aside from good ones like Waterfall, Fly, or Surf) 'cuz otherwise they suck in battle.
One thing about Golems: They're good. Really. They're one of the better ones for rock/ground combos. That said, they're slower than heck, and lots of your rivals enjoy the move Earthquake. Especially Lance. In other words, that can be used against you. So be careful. I think the item Focus Band will still give you a shot if you're facing a potential KO from them.
Work on your Alakazam's special attack. That said, it's good you evolved your Kadabra and got rid of Psycho Cut, totally useless where the Abra family is concerned. Their strengths are in their speed and in their immense special attack. Often with good stats they'll KO on the first turn. It's also a bad idea to give any pokemon moves that only match their types. I advise sacrificing Confusion for a good Special elemental move that Alakazam can learn to better diversify your movepool. that way you can put its speed in even more directions. There is at least one fighting-type move it can learn that works off of Special and not Physical, and is an awesome nasty surprise for dark-types.
Gyarados: Nice, actually. Keep Dragon Rage until and if you desire to teach it a stronger Dragon move. Wonderful ice attack there....but keep leveling it up because its speed will put it at a disadvantage for the reason to have that ice attack: Dragons. They're fast and Lance's knows electric and rock moves to kill that poor Gyarados.
Ampharos: Try an electric attack that isn't Thunder Punch. Its special attack is much higher than its attack and it'd do a ton more damage. Be careful with Ampharos because while they are my personal favorite Electric type....they're slow. Still you can do a lot of damage with its special. Do not send it out versus Lance's Aerodactyl! It might sound logical but I think it knows Earthquake, and if it is one thing Aerodactyl excells at, it is speed.
Pidgeot: Once again avoid giving your pokemon type-only moves. Wing attack and Gust aren't anywhere near as good as Fly so you can sacrifice those for other moves it might be able to learn. Focus on its attack, which looks like its strongest stat. Be glad its accuracy can't be lowered!
Typhlosion looks to be your best. Get rid of Flame Wheel. It does poorly with the fact Typhlosion typically has a lot lower attack than Special Attack. Re-learn Lava Plume if you need a secondary fire move. Otherwise, diversify. I suggest teaching one of your pokemon a grass-type move. Typhlosion's attack is still pretty good, so use it with a better move than Flame Wheel that can take advantage of its Physical strength. Solid pokemon there. Very, very good against a lot of Koga and Karen's team.
Once again, my suggestions are only one of many. I only go off of personal experience myself. Plow through your TM's and burn a few if you must. You'll overcome the Elite Four eventually.
