Mainly, it's about the step counter. I just recently downloaded the Yellow Forest from the Wi-Fi Mystery Gift (the chance to obtain this area ends May 5th if I remember right). I got my counter just passed 10,000 (I shook it in my hand a lot after getting back from shopping) and a short time after, the timer reset back down to 300 something.
Am I doing something, is it timed, or do I have a glitched Pokewalker?
EDIT: My apologies if this isn't in the right area or there is already a thread of it.

Well, I know you said after shopping, but did the clock on your POKEWALKER go to midnight?
Because if it did, that is why it reset. If not, glitched/messed up.

It was 3 pm when I got back. The Pokewalker reset between 9 and 11, I forget when exactly but I know for sure it was before midnight.

Yeah, 1 step equals 1 exp. Same as the breeding centers, I believe.
So I've collected around 20k steps in Yellow forest alone. My Raichu is the one traveling it and has to have gotten more than 1 level. Every other time before the Pokemon only went up one level.
Anyway, I'll just have to deal with the early resets. It reset when it was supposed to tonight, though.
EDIT: nvm, I think they will only go up one level at a time in there. Just returned my Raichu and it only went up one level.

It's kinda dumb. You can only gain 1 lvl for every time some1 is put onto the Pokewalker.
