Okay, I don't actually intend this to be a discussion channel of what you think about us, because frankly I don't care to hear how much you might hate Mormons (or me). I get enough of that from Photo, thank you (that's more about me than the Mormons there, though). wink

What I do care about, is making sure that any of you who are interested get the chance to listen to the leadership of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints talk to the church in our semi-annual General Conference.
Sessions run 10-12 and 2-4 US Mountain time on Saturday and Sunday (yes, that means it already started), speakers are selected from the broad leadership of the church, with all the apostles and prophets guaranteed to speak at some point.

*this is not an attempt to indoctrinate, force belief upon you, or anything stupid like that. It is an invitation to have a listen to people that we consider to be prophets of God. Really, I would be remiss in my duty if I didn't at least let you know razz

Funny, I was reading my Bible today (for my Bible as Literature class) and then a bug was flying around my head so I smashed the bug in the Bible. :3 I smooshed it on Ezekiel 5.11-12:

"(11) Therefore, as I live, says the Lord GOD, surely, because you have defiled my sanctuary with all your detestable things and with all your abominations- therefore I will cut you down; my eye will not spare, and I will have no pity. (12) One third of you shall die of pestilence or be consumed by famine among you; one third shall fall by the sword around you; and one thing I will scatter to every wind and will unsheathe the sword after them."

Is this a sign for all of bug-kind?

And is it bad that I laughed like a maniac when I squished it?
