So, from the website, it would appear that the theme of Vcon this year is steampunk. this should be interesting.

Vcon is a sci-fi fantasy convention that is held each year in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. it's in it's 35th year. It's not very big, but looks to be alot of fun. this year it's going to be held in early October.

Oh, to live in Canada! sad The convention sounds awesome! Plus I know a few people who have gone over there from the UK to work for the police and they say it's a zillion times better than it is back here in Ol' Blighty.
