Half-way down the mountain, where the snow begins to melt and the grasses slowly start to thrive, there is an open valley known as Ufumbi'chonza. It is considered neutral ground to both prides, located at an equal distance between the two.
Much like the Mbingu'mwango, few go to this place. Unlike the Mbingu'mwango, which is left alone because of religious sanctity, this area has been abandoned because it sits too close to either territory.
However, this also makes it the perfect spot for secret rendezvous between pride members, and makes adequate hunting ground for the Jua'nuru if prey begins to grow scarce.
