ok ppl i have alot to say. ok so im trying to get a bill passed by congress altho it might not work ill keep trying and thats y i need your help. this is my statement. ok i want to get a bill passed that says the goverment should provide an animal emergincy contact 24/7. pretty much a animal 911. now i kno they have animal cops and stuff like on the shows but animals need an ambulance and a hospital just like humans do. this has to happen!!!!! every day thousands of famillies watch in horror as their beloved pets die in their arms and they dont know wat to do. animal hospitals arent open all night and half of pet deaths happen during the night. mines did!!! ppl should just be able to call 911 and request an animal ambulance to come and help. they should have a hospital open 24/7 just like humans do.animals feel pain and they have feelings too. and most pets are considered part of the family there must be a better way to help them. please reply to this if you agree with me

I 100% Agree With You.
There Should Be A Number Like That For Animals.
Also, Like For When Dogs Give Birth, All Of My Bitches(correctly using the term) Have Had Their Litters In The Middle Of The Night.
They Range From 10PM-4AM. And All I Could Do Is Pray All Is Well.
But Yes, I Agree With You Chelsea!

i agree with u... in fact i plan to open my own vet clinic and that was what me and my boyfriend discussed bout in it so that would be just great!
