This is the homebase of the Oukokou Seken Wildlife Foundation. There are many branches of the Wildlife foundatiosn all over the world, but they all report and ultimately work for the Headquarters in the capital of the Water/Ice Empire. This HQ makes an updates the list of endagered species and sub-species of animals in the Oukoku Seken.
As for the buidling itself, it is a large castle like building made out of blue brick and glas that looks almsot like Ice. On the inside are intricate drawings and patterns of different animals.
If you would like, one can work for the OSWF instead of the army. You get sent off on missions, but these are mostly to free animals from cruelty, or to help sick animals, or even cats stuck in trees. Of course, by that we mean really big trees. So If you care about animals more than oyu care about fighting all the time, think about joining the OSWF.
