Rosemary Wright67, Female
Nursery maid, grandma
Human
appearance: With a soft face aged with wrinkles, Rosemary is a stout old lady. She has brown hair that is fading with age quite quickly, with a judging pair of thin brows and thin lips. Her dressing style is lackluster; she wears an asset of typically vintage clothing, which is always modest and rarely shows more than her hands and her neck. Her hazel eyes are round, partially squinted, and when she smiles, her eyes are framed by distinct crow's feet.
likes: Excitement, storytelling, folktales, children, family
dislikes: Aches, losing things, burns, papercuts, assumptions, torn clothing
personality: A bold old woman with a big heart and ambitions grown old, she has humbly passed her prime, but her weakening body has yet to stop her from much. She adores the presence of company and extends her trust to those who gain her respect and condolence, but those who betray her expectations should be ready to meet the consequences: Rosemary can be bitter and fierce, and is willing to fight for what she believes in, despite what the aftermath might illicit in. Her loved ones and the children she nurses are the pride of her life, and she's letting to let her old soul pass if she has to protect them to the death.
Rosemary is stubborn; if something is right, it's right, there are no maybes, and nothing can change her mind. If you make a mistake and she notices, she can nag you for hours, and if you think the 'wrong thing' she isn't beyond calling you an idiot. Close-minded, yes, but she has the wisdom from experiences past, and boy, has she lived. She keeps her mind sharp and still holds a lot of information about the world around her, and has been through many events, and is willing to share her knowledge and tell her stories to those who are curious.
history: During the midst of the WWII uprising in America in 1943, Rosemary was born to a pair of British immigrants; one a doctor, the other a housewife. In 1950, when Rosemary was 17, her family moved once again to Gaia to a fairly big house at the center of Barton. At 18, as soon as she finished high-school, and at 21 she graduated from an equally as mundane university. After graduation, she met up with her boyfriend Evan Wright and went cross-country across all of Gaia, and for five years were content and happy. They didn't marry until the eve of the 1970s, when the two of them were 27; from then on, the two continued to travel, making small pay out of odd jobs, and as soon as they got the chance they went across the seas into the rest of the world. At age 30, the two settled in San Francisco in California, USA, where they had a pair of twin sons. Evan was a content Music professor, while Rosemary remained at home and tended to the chores.
Once their sons went off to college, got jobs, and started families of their own, the couple was a tender age of 55. Not long after their grandson turned 3, in 2001 Evan was diagnosed with severe cardiomyopathy. He died around the Christmas time in 2002. Rosemary, now 59, left to go back to what she thought of her homeland-- Gaia, in the pleasant villas of Barton.
With little financial income or aid from her sons, Rosemary took up a job as a nursery maid for a family of farmers, the Duponts, off of the countryside of Barton, and secured her job at the eve of 2003. She has been working with their children for seven years, now, and has seen the family grow in number. The oldest Dupont child is now 17.
The Duponts have recently birthed their fifth child.
