Can someone tell me what this is without youtube?

Old Belgian bullet designs trying to make a resurgence, people who don't realize that kevlar vests need an opposing force to stop a bullet (like someone WEARING one), and a gun that looks like a Seburo Arms prototype.

My main attraction to it is the compact design while still retaining a semi-vertical foregrip and collapsible stock. I'd love to have one, with or without the AP ammo. But it looks like it still has some fine tuning to be done.

Not sure what I think. I really like it and want, but it still looks kind of rough. Great potential though.
