I'd say we needed something on hair because I'm always fussing over what hairstyle to put with my outfits. So, any ideas?

Straight is really easy to do.. but for curls I would say invest in some good hairspray and a good iron... but that applies to straightening irons too.
Make sure to buy some heat protection stuff too. That is very important!
Personally, this is what I do:
Straight: Gothic, and some sweet (including country and sailor)
Loose curls/wavy: Country or Sailor
Corkscrew curls (small diameter): Hime and Sweet
Corkscrew curls (large diameter): Hime and Sweet, Classic,
Buns: Classic/Kodona/Ouji
Pigtails (Straight or curly): Sweet

I have the same problem, never knowing what to do with hair, but I think ayva-damas is exactly right. I wore buns low on each side of my head for a kadona outfit and thought it looked quite good. II'm pulling a funny face in this pic but y'know biggrin )you may not share my opinion but I know you could probably do it better.

What would you suggest for short hair? :c
I have very short, cropped hair. So normally I wear wigs, but I wanted to hear some opinions on if it could ever look cute without a wig, and with my normal sweet lolita?

Personally, I think wigs are my favorite with lolita. My hair's very straight, so it can't keep curls well. But, here's an idea if you have short hair http://i.imgur.com/0mmQA.jpg
