The Akatsuki will work in pairs mainly. In this thread I’ll post the profiles as well as the Teams of Akatsuki. This organization will have 4 pairs making 8 members at maximum. Every one of them will use masks to cover their faces and will use the normal black and red cloak.

Custom weapon abilities: If anyone except the user is cut by one of the katanas that cut will allow chakra to slowly exit their bodies. Each cut is capable has the effect of less 2 chakra points per post. Depending on the profundity of the cut it will take more or less chakra, but the average is 2 points per post till the wounds are healed.

Background History
Tonou was an excellent kid, a bit lazier than the others but even dough a great kid. He always did all he could to protect the other and always put that above his own protection. He was a genius for his age in every class. Within the Academy he was always the first one capable to do the basic ninjutsus needed and he had always the highest marks on his write exams, which was strange because in class he was always sleeping. Teachers started to think that he always cheated on exams but how was that possible in the Ninjutsu’s ones? Well the teachers wanted to know so they made him a surprise exam and Tonou did it quicker than anyone before him. The responsible teacher was astonished and so he showed this to the former Mizukage. They discovered that Tonou had a high IQ and probably the highest among them all, with some exceptions.
Tonou finished the Academy before all the other and he entered the Jounin level only with 13 years old. One day, when he was 13 years old, the Mizukage gave him and two other shinobi a S-Ranked mission. His team was formed by him, a female Medical shinobi – Mel - and Tonou’s best friend: a Sharingan user - Anabe. Mel and Anabe were both older than Tonou. The medical ninja had 18 years old and the Sharingan user had 17. But this was the best team of Jounin that the Mizukage had at his service. The mission was risky and dangerous and although the captain of the team was Anabe it was Tonou that always planned the things but was Anabe the responsible for their acts. The mission was a recognize mission to a criminal organization that was starting to form near Kirigakure and the Mizukage wanted more information so he could stop them before it was too late.
Tonou, Anabe and Mel went away and started their mission. They quickly reached the spot and carefully analyzed it. Tonou was the fastest between them and also the smartest but he was weak at Taijutsu, thing that Anabe did better than anyone. They were perfect for each other. But within the mission something went wrongly and they were caught. Kunai flew from one side to the other and also smoke bombs. Tonou moved quickly grabbing Mel to place her somewhere safe, since she was a precious element of their team. She was a sensor and a medical shinobi. After she had located the enemies Tonou went out and used his bloodline to control their bodies. They started to kill each other at the same time Anabe used his 3 tomoed sharingan to kill other ones. They managed to interrogate one of them and he said they were just the guards and that in this moment the real organization already knew we were there. Tonou said that they should retreat but it was too late. They were already surrounded by five S-ranked shinobi each of them from a different Village. They started the attack and Anabe and Tonou only had time to dodge it. After a while of fighting Anabe was stabbed in his lungs, a fatal wound if Mel wasn’t there with him. Tonou was able to catch one of the guy with his shadow and kill him but quickly the other went towards him leaving Mel and Anabe alone. Tonou shouted for them to run while he was making the organization members running behind him. Tonou was able catch all of them in this shadow after some frustrating tryings but finally succeeded. He wait there to give time for Mel and Anabe and he started to walk backwards making the distance between him and the organization larger. When it was large enough he made the way to Mel and Anabe. Unfortunately Anabe was too bad for Mel’s healing even dough she was one of the best. He would die and before he did that he asked Tonou to take his sharingan. After some emotional talk Mel helped Tonou and transplanted the sharingan. Then one guy of the organization caught them and cut through Tonou’s backs making a use wound but not to serious. Mel sensed him and was ready but she didn’t had time to tell Tonou. Mel finished it with her strange bloodline. Thank god that Anabe’s team already knew something about each member. Mel tried to heal Tonou’s wound but a huge scar was visible even after the healing and Tonou had lost his senses. Mel had to return to the Village with two bodies on her hands.
Anabe was death and Tonou stayed in the hospital for 3 years. They discovered that the swords that cut Tonou had a never seen paralyzing power and poison and so Tonou had to stay in the hospital for so long. Mel visited him every day. Tonou could see she was still marked by what she did, every time she looked to Tonou’s sharingan. After some time Tonou found that she had left the Village and stopped her Shinobi activities. She had left a letter to Tonou explaining everything.
Tonou was now 16 years old and so he exited the hospital and the Mizukage started to train, they trained so hard that his sharingan was now the same has his death best friend Anabe with 3 tomoes and he mastered all his bloodline Jutsus. He also achieved other things while training like the Toad Summoning Jutsu and other powerful and almost forgotten elemental Jutsus. A war between another country killed the Mizukage some years later. Well both Kages died fighting each other and both Villages were without their superiors so they made a peace thread.
Tonou was appointed Mizukag at the age of 18. And he is now the new Kage, he decided to accept the Kage position to protect his people in the way he couldn’t protect his friends.

Personality
Tora considers herself emotionally divorced from the rest of humanity; she often refers to ordinary people as "humans" as though she was not one of them. Katsumoto makes frequent references to an internal feeling of emptiness, leading to many youthful attempts to "feel alive". She claims to have no feelings or conscience and that all of her emotional responses are part of a well-rehearsed act to conceal her true nature.
Has a tendency towards aggression and recklessness when surprised or threatened as a resort against those who oppose her. Tora's not afraid to speak her mind although sometimes she know's best to conceal her thoughts. Even though she hardly displays any genuine feelings, she can be seem somewhat cheerful and laid-back on frequent occasions. Nevertheless, should the situation arise, she'll probably chose kill off every uninteresting conversation with simple yet cold words, despite of the effect it may have on others. She disapproves nonsense, and will only engage in conversation if it interests her enough.
Despite her seemingly carelessness when it comes to her social life, or her reputation, she keeps a cool head in battle, and loves to taunt her enemy into doing something stupid.
Also, Katsumoto is fascinated by also shades of red, though her favorite one is blood-red.

(the name comes from a japanese legend. Kasha was believed to be a cat-like demon that descends from the sky and carries away the dead)
Description of custom weapon: Kat's katana is usually tied to the left side of her hip.
Custom weapon abilities: Requiring concentration, drawing the blade out of the scabbard, the user can launch a concentrated shock wave, in company of the sound of a roar. If it hits the target, it'll cause massive internal damage, destroying from internal organs to building structures from the inside. If the wind misses the target, the enemy who the attack is being focused is usually left unbalanced and disturbed because the air affects ear internal pressure. Chakra can also make the blade vibrate increasing its cutting power, a single hit can open an enormous hole in the ground and move a huge column of air. In order to use these abilities again, the user has to place the sword back in the scabbard and concentrate again, as if she were restarting the battle.
Scroll holster location: Katsumoto tends to rely almost entirely in her abilities and custom weapon, so she usually choses to store basic weapons in a small scroll, for practical purposes.She stores the scroll in her coat.

Background History
Very little is known about Katsumoto's story. Some say she was cursed to carry the Nibi since birth though it remains a mystery how the demon got sealed within her. What is certain is that little did Kirigakure knew about her existence until the time she joined the Academy. Tora excelled at almost every subject although always tried her best not to stand out very much. She pretty much became hated by most students and was given the nickname of "Cheshire Cat" due to her failed attempts to look nice.
The only one who did give her a break was Tonou, who often engaged in conversation with her, trying to get an emotion out of her. He wasn't very successful so he always kept trying, intrigued by her strange personality. She graduated very early - almost as early as Tonou - and due to her talent (and probably also due to her unstable demon) was assigned individual missions by the time she became a Jounin at the age of 14. However, after he returned from the Hospital, Tonou became her partner in battle and the two became best friends. The team didn't last much, though. Katsumoto mysteriously left the village barely a year after teaming up with the soon-to-be Mizukage.
She later returned and was made a Sannin by the newly appointed Mizukage, who eventually became aware of her purpose. He didn't turn against her, however, as she proposed a contract: She'd keep the Akatsuki away from the village and would also provide him protection. In exchange, she could keep her cover as Sannin and a safe passage would be provided for the all Akatsuki members within the territory.
