They only released 3 volumes, from things I've found online, there are supposed to be 14 (something like that). No fair...they need to continue it...
Anyway, I love this manga, even with there only being 3 volumes.

Well, it seems Aisubeki-Hime beat me to the punch on answering you. If you notice there is another topic under Legal Drug, titled Legal Drug: What is it? you can look there for the summary and whatnot of the manga...
All I can say is if you like yaoi (more like the lighter side to that, I can't remember the term for it) then this is a manga you might like....well also if you like sort of mystery/suspense, horror type manga (it has a slightly horror like feel to it)...
