Hello! Im Kai!
I intend to lose my fat from waist, thighs and arms! I am going to aim to do it in inches rather than weight, but I don't actually have a tape measure at the moment as I snapped it... So for now... Weight.
Age : 20 Height : 5'1" Aprx weight now : 140 pounds (My scales are also on the fritz!!! I am getting new ones) Goal : 120 pounds
Aims - get fitter and exercise. Eat heathily. Fit into a lovely dress for my summer ball - June 4th.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get started? I am really.. bad at starting things... Ive been trying to start exercising for ages, its just getting myself around to doing it. Help?

I found out that the best way to start is to just do it one day and be persistent about it.

That sounds good for your body and good for the Earth too. Remember to drink plenty of water while you walk.

That I will! Any suggestions for other exercises? I hate gyms. They feel really fake. What can I do at home? I have the wii EA sport active thing! Its pretty good. I just need to find some space at home to do it. MY room is pretty small.

I use the Wii Fit game. I get a great workout from it. Other than that I don't really do much other than walk around town or something.
