He looks kind of bored...I love it! All that activity around him just can't fluster him!
His fingers on his hand look looong...the area where the palm/back of the hand should be is too small.

I love the coloring!
The far hand is waaaaaaaaaaaay too tiny considering the body size/proportion. The front hand is a good size for the body. Also, the ear seems a little smallish for the head, but that just could be your stylized art.

In the first picture, his thumb doesn't seem to be starting at the right place. His hand doesn't look cupped enough for it to be in line with where the other fingers start... and if it was, his thumb would probably reach to the end of his fingers. As Thaliat said, you seem to have drawn the fingers too long... rather, I think you made them go too deep into the rest of the hand. If you make a fist and look at the front of it, you'll see that the gaps between your fingers do not reach all the way up; there's, like, the thickness of your hand inbetween the top of the knuckles and where the gaps stop. I dunno, I didn't notice that for the longest time, but it's helped me keep things in check, so it might help you.
Cool picture, though.
The second picture looks good, but I'd maybe have his hair poofier around the top/back of his head rather than... how it currently is... That just seems like an odd place to have the hair bump up like that, I think.
