1.) Where are all the Week siblings located? (I remember that Sunday is by the three Apricorn trees, Monday on a beach, and that Wednesday is at the very top of Lake of Rage)
2.) Is playing that crappy Minesweeper knockoff the only way I can get tokens?
3.) Where can I find Phanphy/Donaphans? (the elephant pokemon)
That's all I'm wondering at the moment.

Phanphy/Donphan can be found near the top of Mt. Silver, donphan can also be found in Victory Road.

Yes that stupid knockoff is the only way to get tokens. Grr.
Sunday = Sonny, Route 37
Monday = Monica, Route 40
Tuesday = Tuscany, Route 29
Wednesday = Wesley, Lake of Rage
Thursday = Arthur, Route 36
Friday = Freida, Route 32
Saturday = Santos, Blackthorn City

Feather Kana Phanpy/Donphan are in Heart Gold, not in Soul Silver. I remember seeing them quite often in the original Silver before getting to the Elite Four (used one to defeat them a few times), so why wouldn't they be in the remake?

Soul Silver's version is Teddiursa/Ursaring, I believe. Phanpy and Donphan are not found in Soul Silver, just as Teddiursa and Ursaring are not found in HeartGold.
Soul Silver has Skarmory and HeartGold has Gligar as another example.
Not everything is exactly the same.

Use Brick Break on rock piles. You now get a BIG ton of stuff from doing this, besides finding Geodude, Krabby, Kingler, or Shuckle.
You get anything from Shards to Max Ethers to, yes, Heart Scales.
I also found one with the Item Finder.

Beings as that answer is way too complicated for even me to willingly attempt to put into an answering post, I recommend looking here.You will have as much explanation as you can handle, trust me. I will say however the place is a gem for finding some interesting pokemon. My beloved Lapras came from there--yes you can find Lapras there even! Forget Fridays!
