There's the most obvious one of all, K9999 from King of Fighters, 2001 (or some year like that). That man is an undeniable tribute to Tetsuo.

we on king of fighters he is pretty much Tetsuo on a fighting video game so when u play him u can just say "im going to play Tetsuo!"
