I actually don't mind reasonable legendary Pokemon like the legendary birds, beasts, regis and (to a lesser extent) the psychic trio.
So, why the distaste for legendary Pokemon as a whole?

Ah yes, i dont mind like the birds and dogs (the lesser legends) But i mind when people use "The Gods" types. like Arceus, but i havent ever fought a celibi before or a mew at 100.

Celebi is easily a lesser legendary with it having weaknesses to seven different types, and it's really not as godly as one might think. Especially since how common the move Pursuit is nowadays. It's just rare to see a legit one in the US as there hasn't been an event for it since Pokemon's 10th Anniversary Across America thing that Nintendo did way back in days of Emerald.
So your hate is going to be against Uber-tier Pokemon then, I presume?

I just hate fighting Ubers when I don't have my own Ubers fighting too. Ho-Oh should be UU because of SR though.

I soft reseted for my Lugia, Mewtwo and Suicune, I'm happy that my Luiga came out with a decent nature. I just need to figure out how to ev train in HG/SS, because in D/P/Pt I knew where everything was and how to fight Golbats perfectly.

I like to collect the legends but only for that purpose. And to respond to Kyrenx on the Ubers, when they are EV trained they really are too powerful. My Garchomp took a Ice beam form a Swampert (had quick claw) and lived with 32 hp. Took out the Swampert in one hit...i haven't used that one since.

I love it when people use Ubers against my standard team in moderation. If it's 1 or 2 Ubers I usually destroy them especially the dragons. The only times I lost to Garchomp are during the Wifi battles in the Battle Frontier. If it's 3-4 that's when things get a bit messy.

I can't seem to connect to wi-fi, which we have because my wii is connected.
So other than playing my younger brother in the same house, i've never had a battle with a human opponent.
But I myself hate messing with legends. After I beat the Elite Four for the first time, I start to only use my favorites, which are mostly fire poke'mon like Arcanine.

I agree Ubers are powerful and I agree Garchomp deserves to be in the Uber tier (due to Sand Veil + YacheChomp set), I just don't shy away from people who break the rules. It's even more gratifying to crush someone who clearly had the advantage.

eh i hate useing legendarys but as for just having them in general eh kinda depends what like me i like groudon mewtwo and lugia i dont use em i just like em but yeah legends are cheap to use in battles

soulsearer eh i hate useing legendarys but as for just having them in general eh kinda depends what like me i like groudon mewtwo and lugia i dont use em i just like em but yeah legends are cheap to use in battles I totally agree with you there, i hate the uber legends, but having them is cool. i have a friend that collects them so i just give them to him. But i think using them in battle are cheap, lol.
