Both drawn on my Nintendo DS...

This one I was trying to draw more "typical" anime style (mostly the hair/faces, though the screen was a bit small to do much with the faces).
I don't like the way the second girl turned out... I think the clothes made things worse.
Someone told me the legs look weird on the first girl, but they don't know too much about art yet. What do you think?
Last girl, I dunno much about braids. I plan to watch a bunch of those hairstyling/beautifying videos on YouTube someday to learn how it's done.

I was just kinda sketchin' here, not caring about cleaning it up.

Any criticism welcome, even if harsh or trivial.

Well, they certainly do look like "typical" anime faces/hair. XD

I think the legs do look a little strange on the 2nd/3rd girl in the first drawing. It might be due to the fact she's leaning so much to the left. In the second drawing of the girl, I would imagine her pants should have far more creases, assuming they're made of denim. Even cloth would have some creases, at least in the knee/joint area.

My biggest problem are the breasts, actually. They look like both breasts are glued together, and then magically pushed upward without a bra. These breasts are possible with certain kinds of clothing, but on a regular top it shouldn't be pushed together and upward so much, even with the arms together. Remember, breasts are squishy hanging pieces of fat, they don't retain the same shape all the time, they change based on how much pressure is applied and where that pressure is applied to.

Cool second drawing, I'm amazed at how much detail you were able to cram into that little DS screen. For composition, it would be much stronger if the knight-looking guy in the back was closer to the girl on the right rather than almost directly over the bottom guy. This would create a nice crescent shape through the whole composition. Remember, negative space can be lovely if you utilize it correctly!

Thank you, I'll try to keep those things in mind. I probably shouldn't have had the second girl leaning over that much... thinking back, I'm not even sure what I was trying to do. I'd have to say I was unfamiliar with the composition of the breasts, just knowing that gravity should be applied to them, but hopefully your explanation will aid my in the future.

As for the second picture, I wasn't even really sure how many people I was gonna add at first. I just started with the guy in front and figured I'd add a bunch of people behind him... I should really plan these things better. I don't think I've ever really thought about using the so-called "negative space" in tactful ways, but I'll try to think about it from now on.

I'm thinking that the girls need more hips. Right now their legs look like skinny man legs. At least in the first girl. Her legs aren't big enough.

Also, imagine that breasts are like balloons filled with water. That's pretty much how they act.
