Ʀules & ҨuidelinesxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAll rules must be followed within this guild. No one is exempt from them - not even me. Follow Gaia's rules along with these ones.

1] Activity: Be active. This guild and its success depends on active members who are as dedicated to it as the crew tries to be. It is more fun to BE in a guild if there are more people participating, and we put a lot of effort into making this place. We'd like to see it get some use!
2] Swearing: It's ok, but not if it's way overboard and being spouted off every other word. If people ask you to tone it down a bit, please be nice and do it. If they ask you to stop, please stop. You may get a warning if you do not follow this rule.
3] Main Forum: This forum is for discussing anything related to the Shadow Hearts/Koudelka universe. Please post all off-topic threads in the Chatterbox/OOC forum.
4] Member Actions: I ask that the members and crew all behave nicely toward one another and respect each other. I don't want people to fight in here. If someone is harassing you, please tell me or someone in the crew.
5] Final: I will update these rules as I see fit. Follow my guild rules and Gaia ToS. I want this guild to be a good experience for everyone.

Warnings/Bannings
1] First warning: You were caught breaking your first rule. The accuser must provide evidence using the [print screen key] to send me a link to the image or post (because some people could try to edit their post to hide their fault and avoid proper consequence). Or, you can just link me to the post in question.
Even if you receive a first warning, you are still in the guild. However, you will be watched by crew members and myself to make sure that you won't break the rules again. Your name will be added to the Warnings list. We do keep track, so don't think you can get away with things here.
2] Second warning: A repeated offense or another incident of rule breaking occurred. We will again look over your story as well as the accuser's story to determine if you are guilty or not.
When you receive a second warning, you will undergo a 3 week ban before you'll be allowed to return. Your characters will not be deleted.
3] Third warning: This is the last warning, and this time we will not be so nice. If you've managed to get a third warning you're out of this guild for good. You do have a chance to PM me within 2 days to explain your actions.
4] Banning: You've managed to disobey every single rule on Gaia and this guild, or you didn't get it through your head that you have been warned. So goodbye, for you shall never return, and if I have reason to believe that you made a new Gaia account and joined this guild again you will be banned automatically. I'm sorry, but I cannot have people that will ruin the RP for everyone as a part of this guild.

Note: If you think someone from the crew is abusing their power, please PM me personally (or a vice captain if I'm the one at fault) and I can look over this problem. I want everyone in this guild to enjoy their time here.
