You can be a made up character or one that already exists
Everyone must have one genin, and one chuunin, jonin, or academy ninja
when I feel like you deserve it, I'll move you up or down one rank
Only 2 characters per person
one of those characters MUST be genin
You can't start out as Hokage
you'll have to earn it
You're not invincible
let yourself lose, let bad things happen, etc. once in a while

Posts must be AT LEAST 2 sentences long
Act like the character you're playing
Be active
post at least once every other day
No killing other peoples' characters
the only time you can is if they give you permission, but they must also tell me

Use correct punctuation and spelling
that includes using " " when you talk and not using * * to express action
Don't join and leave in the middle of it
if you absolutely have to, I'll give permission to kill your character, and you can't be him or her again
