I found a website that contains pictures of people with certain heights and weights. I thought maybe people here would find it helpful, because they could see how they may look when they get to their goal weight :3

I've seen that before. It really puts things in perspective when questioning how much weight you want to lose. They should add someone who's 5'9" and 130 lbs - that's my goal for now. Actually, the 190 lbs woman doesn't look too fat - I'll be there in about 15 lbs.

That's not a kind thing to say, especially when there might be people around that size and height here who might exercise on a regular basis. We don't know anything about anyone else's situations and to make assumptions based on their appearance is cruel, not just to the person you're maligning but to anyone who might be that size here.

I'd hate to see someone my size getting maligned that way because it would make me feel bad. Especially knowing that even at my heaviest I was still active, and I weighed almost 100 lbs more than that person being only 6 inches taller.
