"I go where the jobs are. I just got done with my last one." Cliff said as he looked at both of them. "That was a nice bit of fighting you did. Must be tired." Juran blinked not sure if this new person was really a ranger or not. "You know not many people who have dark skin wander up here." Cliff said and Juran paid attention. "Would you gentlemen like to join me for dinner?" The ranger asked casually.

For the most part, the thief wasn't sure what to make of Cliff. The ranger had seemingly come out of nowhere to help them with the inn keeper, and now he asked them if they'd like to join him for dinner? Blinking at the offer, he looked to Juran to see if he had a preference here.

But for now he was feeling slightly wary of the newcomer.

The ranger smirked a little as though he knew their thoughts. "You don't have to trust me. I completely understand. I admire how you dealt with your problem and I think I might have some information you..." he said looking at Juran. "...might find very interesting. Besides it would be very foolish of me to do anything to someone who knows a dragon." He said the last part a bit more quietly to make sure he didn't cause a big stir. The black dragon came and went fast enough during the battle that some had not been aware of it and they would panic if they did know. "By all means if you are uncomfortable you do not need to join me." Juran thought about it for a few moments before nodding. "Where?" "There is an actual resteraunt down the road from here. It is not the cleanest nor the best but it is better then the pub and more private then the inn's common room but still public enough to make sure we are all on the up and up." Cliff suggested. He was a very well spoken man and clearly thought things through a head of time.

Listening to what the man had to say, it seemed innocent enough. And since Juran didn't mind, he just shrugged and decided to go with the flow. Thinking too much on it made his head throb more than it needed right now.

"Fair enough, lead the way," he said with a slight nod. He had somewhat of an idea of the place Cliff had in mind, but wasn't certain. In any case, he didn't really care how 'classy' the place would be. In this area, one can't be too choosy after all.

"From the way you dress.. I take it you're a hunter of sorts?"

"I work as a ranger most of the time." Cliff said leading the way down the slowly darkening streets. "I do occasionally take up other sorts of jobs though." Juran followed the man wanting to hear this information he might have. "So just what do you know about me that you think you have information I care about?" He asked and the ranger chuckled a little. "Well I recall a certain young lady of about your skin tone that I had the pleasure of working with not too long ago."

Nodding at Cliff's words, Blade walked on in relative silence, looking up when Juran spoke up. Upon hearing the answer, he raise a brow at the ranger. The description given did seem to fit the bill for Juran's sister, as vague as it was. But the thing that got him was how the man knew he searched for her in the first place? The thief didn't recall anyone being particularly nearby when the dark skinned man first mentioned her.

"I have to say while I don't know many of my people who have come up here I wonder why you think this one might matter to me?" Juran said as they arrived at the little eatery. "Well I guess it depends on your name. I was just asked to keep an eye out for a tall dark skinned fellow who wore wraps on his hands. "You fit that description pretty well I think. Is your name Juran too?" Cliff said as he found an empty table and sat down looking at the dark man who was effectivly speachless.

While the two had their little exchange, Blade just listened, not really having anything to add. But at least the mystery of where Cliff got the idea that Juran was seeking someone was cleared up now. Shaking his head to himself, he took his seat as well before taking a quick look around the restaurant.

Juran nodded a little surprised. "Then you are the person I was told to keep an eye out for." Cliff said calmly even as he looked around much like Blade was. "Its a nice little place. Much better then the pub." He then looked at Juran again. "Your sister is Brigeet yes?" Juran nodded again. "Then I have news for you. She is in the middle of a job. I helped her prepare for it some." He then reached into a pouch on his belt and pulled out a necklace that matched the one Juran worn around his neck only with an orange stone. "She wanted me to give this to you as proof of authenticity. Brigeet said that she may not be back home for a long time and that if you were looking for her to stop and go back to living your life." He then handed the necklace to Juran. A waitress made her way over then to take their orders as Juran stared at the necklace.
