Hello Everyone! Please use this post to post your stories about challenging the Violet City Gym the Flying type gym. Please say which pokemon you used, How many times it might have taken to beat the gym leader, anything else interesting that might have happen, and any tips you might have for defeating the Gym Leader.

I used Totodile,Geodude, Hoothoot, and Mareep. Geodude did most of the fighting because i lvled him more than Mareep because i forgot to get a Mareep first. Use Rock and Electric pokemon for this gym because its full of Flying types. Only took me one time to defeat.

I just used Cyndaquil and Mareep for it and that's it.

I had Cyndaquil and Mareep doing most of the work. I had a Spearow by then as well, and Jirachi if things had gotten ugly.
