They both have their good points, but I have a feeling it would be Tyranitar.

I'd say Lucario, since it can learn Blaze Kick as an egg move.
Sure it's more difficult than learning moves by level-up, but Scizor can't learn anything by any means that is super-effective to Lucario.
Gengar with Psychic or Crobat with Shadow Ball?

Definitely Crobat with Shadow Ball. Crobat is typically faster than Gengar, and thus, would be able to knock it out first.
What about...
Misdreavus vs. Snorlax?

I would say Snorlax. It has great special defense while Misdreavus has all of it's stats pretty leveled with Sp. Atk being one of the highest but still pretty low. Lower than Snorlax's base Sp. Def.
Snorlax can learn Shadow Ball and a crap load of physical moves that would devastate Misdreavus's low defense stat.

Well, with access to moves like perish song, Taunt and Pain Split, The Misdreavus evolution line is pretty good at busting walls, imo.

Taunt could be a problem for a Belly Drum Snorlax. I'd think a well trained Snorlax could take out a Misdreavus in less than 3 turns in Perish Song cases.
Oop. I just noticed I hadn't put another two Pokemon Vs each other.
Gible or Dratini?

well, perish trap Misdreavus carry protect/substitute,
but now that i think about it, It's a pretty rare moveset.
Dratinni/Gible: Well they both have the same base stat total..
But I'm pretty sure that Dratini has a wider movepool, access to Ice beam, and Gible has a 4x weakness to Ice.
Deoxys Attack form or Deoxys Speed form?
