How does this work?
Create a thread. That one box gives you ALL the space you need for when you exceed the party limit for your pokemon and weight limit for items. Nobody else will be able to use it either, it is your box and you may do what ever you'd like with it. You can customize it to fit your style, or just have the bare requirements.
Rules!
1. No spamming.
2. You can not train or catch pokemon in here.
3. You can not post in another box without the owners permission.
4. You're limited to only 1 box, since thats all you need.
5. You can name your box what ever you fancy, so long as it's in the PG-13 rating. This also goes for the contents of your box.
6. You need to have a record of where you got what pokemon on which page, and which mod evolved what pokemon, and other such comon sense information as this, mostly it's information on things that have mod interaction.
Record Requirements
Pokemon: It would be good to have one post each dedicated to a pokemon you own, as the posts can get a bit expansive)
Found: (The sub-forum, thread, and page)
Mod: (Which mod released it for you or what encounter number it was)
Levels: (Where your pokemon hit each of their level)
Stats: (Where you put the stats for each level)
Evolved: (Where it was evolved for you)
Mod: (Which mod evolved it for you)
Moves Learned: (What moves your pokemon learned)
Mod: (Which mod taught your pokemon the move)
Item Used: (What item(s) where used on your pokemon)
Where: (Where this item was used)
Mod: (Who oversaw the item being used)
Feel free to add other things to your pokemon's post, make it original!
Items: You should be able to fit all your items you find to one or two posts

Found/Bought: (Where you found or bought it, sub-forum, thread, and page)
Mod: (Who you purchased the item from/who released it)
This may seem like a lot of work, but it helps run the guild smoothly and effectively.
