A 'Quest' in the B/C world is very similar to a Gaian Item quest. Basically, someone decides that they want a certain Shakaiyo character, so they post a quest thread to help them gain enough gold to get a Gaian custom when slots open.
Some questers already have the gold, and are simply questing for a Custom slot, which can be a hard thing to get in itself.
The most common quests are for customs, but some users also choose to quest for breedings or certain edits or anything, really.
You are free to organize your quest thread however you choose. The quest forum itself only has a few very simple rules (apart from normal Shakaiyo Rules and Regulations, of course)
• You may not reserve Cosplays. You may create a quest thread for a certain cosplay, but just because you are questing for that cosplay does not mean that someone else cannot get it first. To see what cosplays are already taken, check the Taken Cosplay List.
• Only one quest thread per user. You can keep track of all of your individual quests within your main quest thread.
• No begging! Do not beg other regulars for gold to complete your quest, and do not beg colorists to open a slot to complete your quest. You are free to post links to your quest thread in your sig or wherever, but openly asking for money/slots is forbidden.
