Well, what I ate yesterday.....
2 cookies: 350 Samich: 250 Pizza: 500 Icecream&fries: 500 Cake: 300 Alcohol: 500
2,400
BUT. I walked all day and even had work and worked out. So. ._. I had to have burnt around 800 calories or more.
Today
Omelette: 350 Fries: 150 Toast: 50
550 so far. ._. I'll be eating more later, of course.

So, last time I posted was on Sunday.
It is now wednesday and I have my wisdom teeth out. D:
Monday
Chex mix 210 Poptart410 Salad 200 Veggie Skillet 400
Under 1,000 Dx I didn't have any food around at school to eat...
Tuesday
Taters 300 Hashbrown 150 Cookie 200 Yogurts 350 Tofu 400

Wednesday
Oatmeal 200 Eggs 300 Smoothie 100 Ice cream 350 Tofu 400

I wish I could eat about 500 more calories, but my mouth is dying and I'm not exercising...

I've been reading and most studies are showing that if you exercise at least thirty minutes a day, drink ice cold water and not sodas, and take a multi vitamin you will start dropping weight pretty quick.

Don't give up. If you don't have time for exercise lately, then do something to get your metabolism up. Try to do a few mountain climbers (if you don't know what that is, look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI8u58hPam4 ) So if you ever feel like there's no time for exercise, just get a little something in. You can do it!

Gossy Don't give up. If you don't have time for exercise lately, then do something to get your metabolism up. Try to do a few mountain climbers (if you don't know what that is, look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI8u58hPam4 ) So if you ever feel like there's no time for exercise, just get a little something in. You can do it! My legs hit mah chest. gonk

I DON'T KNOW HOW.
I wasn't trying. Dx Possibly just a maturing shift in metabolism.

Can't complain! x) A lot of it is probably water weight, but that's awesome nonetheless. (: How's your face feeling from getting your teeth out? I had huuuge cheeks when mine were out. ):

Oh, and those were a b***h! I got dry sockets. D: Atleast they're all better now.

Glad to hear they're better ^^ They dug mine out since they hadn't come through, it was terrible. e_e Meds were great though, I don't remember a thing.

So, I had GREAT progress for a month.
Now I've found a boy that loves my body. I've stayed the same dimensions, 31 inch waist, but I've gained weight.
I hope it's magical muscle. .____.
