So any moshpitter goers here? Moshpits are great and all and it feels like your in another world...another person and you just let all that energy out...I know I love moshpitting but the one thing that bothers me are those retards that wear spikes to one

I liked it when I was in my early teens, then I kind of grew out of it.
If I'm at a show and get pushed in one I'll play along, but I don't go running in there anymore.

I do on rare occasions, but I'm kind of a big guy so I usually avoid it unless the crowd is pretty hefty. I don't want to hurt anyone.

I'll be 21 in about a month and a half.
I'm not too old, but I grew out of the "grrr, I just want to slam and hit people physically to enjoy music, grrr" kind of stage. Now I go to watch the show the musicians perform.

Why's this thread turned into telling about your birthdays? biggrin I'll be 24 in 7,5 months.
I dislike moshpits, I prefer to just jump up and down and move around a bit to the music. Moshpits sorta destroy the atmosphere for me, because you can't concentrate on the music being played. I got caught in the moshpit while 1. searching for my brother at Tuska 2. during a Nile gig, so it was brutal. D: I got some interesting photos that I tried to take of the band...

damn I feel so young all of a sudden...i'm 19 years old and the moshpit thing still hasn't died out of me...I don't know but when I listen to metal I like to go out and shove people and well...it sort of feels like i'm someone else at the moment but when i'm not moshpitting I would at least rock my head to it...I don't think it'll ever die away from me lol
