The golden pen means a lot to me, because of it's connection to Gambino! I've been depressed over his character's death, and the pen really lightened my mood, considerably! I know it might sound stupid, but I've been a lurker in Gaia for years. Almost since the very start! To have something that's linked to the character makes it seem a little more like he's still here. Yea, I know it's make believe, but you get used to something as intricate and fun as Gaia. You enjoy coming in and visiting everyone from all over the world. Gaia's more than just a site on the internet. Gambino was more than just a character. He symbolizes people we may have known or still know in the real world.
