Dornkus I heard Ben Franklin came up with it to save candles. Oh yeah, I've heard that before too. But if Ben Franklin was smart enough to come up with daylight savings then really, why not just have people wake up and go to sleep either an hour earlier or an hour later?

Black_Angel_Flowne The government just makes us change our clocks so they can have control of us, man! It's all in their scheme to control our minds! First they have it set to a regular time change, then they slowly... *starts rambling on and on about government secret projects and junk* kk, done rambling... for now... If I wasn't in class... I'd probably be on disability due to my leg. I can't stand for long periods of time. Thankfully the college I go to has a special grant: everyone born in Jackson *like myself* gets this grant to help pay for tuition. None of it comes out of my pocket! *cept the gas payment* Otherwise, I'd be totally screwed. lol The government is evviiill..... ooh! How's you leg? Did you hurt yourself? It must be nice to not have to worry about any tuition. ^_^ Free study!!! How nice!!

@EveryoneUm...ah...I went online to google and found this: End Day Light Saving Timeo_o' Looks like they give detail info and even a petition to end it. I was curious if there were people who opposed it and were doing something.

My leg's ok. A part of the joint moves like crazy, and there's several times where my leg just gives out. *shrugs* It's been like this since breaking it, and the docs over here are pretty dumb. talk2hand "If you don't go to surgery now, you will never walk again!!!" I was up and about two days later. rolleyes I just can't stand around much.

And a lot of Facebook stuff xp If your mom plays Fatal Frame, though, that's awesome!!! Butterflies are evil; I've had those friggin things divebomb towards me, bonk me right in the middle of my forehead and then just flutter off. One of these days.... twisted I'm the only one they go after though. rofl I must smell good or something.

At least it didn't headbutt you sweatdrop A wasp did something similar to me, too. And I've been bitten on the neck by a vampire ladybug. lol
Sounds like your mom is pretty cool. Anything 3-D-ish makes my mom's head hurt, so there's lots of stuff she can't play...
I remember the first game I ever played was Frogger on my mom's old Atari system. Man that was a long time ago, but I was absolutely addicted to it. When the Super NES came out, I began saving up for it. Took me a year, but finally got a system of my own. With Super Mario World. *sigh, memories* blaugh

.........Ladybugs bite? Woah. They suddenly seem much more badass.
I love that petition though. I feel like such a rebel signing it. Daylight Savings time has been around as long as I can remember it feels like I'm going against THE LAWS OF NATURE.

Yes, ladybugs are evil. Don't believe their cute little looks and stuff. They will kill you if they have the chance!!!
lol, I looked at petition, but I ain't signed it. I don't know. If it was a real petition, wouldn't they have already removed it?
Unless... eek I WAS RIGHT!!! The government is trying to control us!!!
