You're on the right track.

Here are my suggestions:

-Replace Flamvell Guard with Debris Dragon, it has excellent Synergy with Totem and Prime Material (allowing for easy access into Iron Chain and Trident respectively). Debris can also go into a quick Black Rose or Exploder Dragonwing if needed.

-If you can find them, tech an Exploder Dragon in.

-Max out your White Stone count, allowing for more Cards of Consonance targets and allowing for a quicker +1 with a Trade-In in hand.

-Max out Koa'ki Meiru Drago. Granted he's not as good as he was in this format, but he can still stop Tomato (one of the heaviest played searcher at the moment), BW's, GK's, some LS, Battle Fader, Gorz, Tragodeia. With triple Smashing and triple Book running around I'm noticing that there is always a way to play around Drago, but he's still a 1900 beat stick that can stop a lot of plays if you're opponent is running low on resources.

-Max out Masked Dragon. He recruits half the deck. 'Nuff said.

-Take out Element Dragon

-Drop Prime Material to one. He's a great defense, but you're already playing two My Body's. You're better off pitching him with Future Fusion so you don't end up drawing multiple copies.

-With three White Stones and 2 Debris (and/or Guard, depending on your preferance), max out Consonance.

-Remove Dragonic Tactics. You're only double tributer comes in the form of BEWD. He's your Trade-In target. If you're using it for REDMD, you have Totem for that. Plus, OCG what?

-Drop Dragon's Mirror to one, if you're adamant on running two (considering a deck like this strives off the Graveyard), you need to at least throw in a Return from DD or a Burial from DD to add some consistency. Dragon's Mirror is genuinely used for that extra power shot late game.

-You might want to tech in a Burial from DD anyway. Recycles Wyvern's, Totem's, and your RFP targets for REDMD.

-This one is gonna sound strange, but drop Heavy Storm, side it at best. In this meta, everything is Chainble, and Starlight Road's are going to be potentially running around silly. Plus you have the two My Body's in case of an Oppression/Torrential/Mirror Force. Those are this deck's biggest threats as far as Traps are concerned. Giving the limited number of Traps you run, Royal Decree may even be an option.

-If you are playing an OCG list, then Gungnir is an odd choice. Not only are you playing any Water monsters, you're not playing Brain/Mind Control to take other Water monsters, not to mention he requires two of them.
