SO!
It's with great pleasure that I announce the first Chunin Exams!

I've been cooking up something EXTRA challenging this year!
(I literally had to go and buy several guilds to make it work!!!!)
So I'm totally psyched to announce this!





Anyway! Here are the basic rules!
~You need a minimum of 3 completed missions or your Kage's permission. (For example: You only got like a mission done but it was super important. Basically active members will be cleared.)

~It's not wining or loosing. It's a way to demonstrate your skills! So if you fail in the first round, it's still possible to advance if you demonstrated chunin level abilities!

~Against the suggestions of several of the other Kages the Council has decided to hold the events in the SOUND VILLAGE. Be ready for surprises!






The Exams will start on March 21st! I can't wait guys!
