Be very, very careful with your proportions. No matter what style you're working under, the bottom of the pelvic bone (or crotch. Your choice of words.) will be the halfway point of the body. With your drawings, the upper half of the body is much larger the bottom half.
Besides bodily proportions, also watch your facial proportions as well. With a realistic face drawing, like the one on the top, you have to keep in mind several basic proportion rules. One, the eyes are one-eye length apart. This drawing is a little more than that, not to mention it's a 3/4 view so there will be some distortion. Two, from the bottom of the nose, divide the rest of the face into 1/3rds. The first 1/3rd mark is where the lips should be, not where they sit on top of. Three, the eyes are at the halfway point of the entire head. These aren't exactly hard and fast rules, but 99% of all faces adhere to these proportions. Practice drawing faces again with these in mind!
It's a bit hard to distinguish between the genders of your characters. For example, on the bottom drawing, I can kind of tell that the middle character is female, but she has very masculine traits that throws me off. You don't have to draw her uber-feminine and girly per se, but you should at least incorporate traits that makes it easier to tell that she's a girl. The first being the length of her shoulders (should be smaller) and more emphasis on curves rather than hard angles. Men tend to be more angular, while females tend to have more smooth, sweeping lines, even if they have muscle.

First picture
-The guy has no eyelashes.
-The skin should fold/wrinkle more on the side of his mouth that's really pushing into it... The side on the left is barely smiling, so I probably wouldn't even put any wrinkles there (or they'd be very light).
Second picture
-Hands look small.
-I don't think the second guy's arms should appear that much behind his body.
-Pretty good details on the pants, but they sure look loose. Second guy's side pockets don't seem to be the same size.
-Second guy's head seems too round at the eye (to our left)...
Third picture
-Can't tell if it's a guy or a girl... or is it both?
-Axe doesn't appear to be symmetrical.
-Small hands.
-Awkward shoulders.
-If it's a girl with a neck that thin, then I think the body looks too thick.
Fourth picture
-Bottom of his crotch should be lower, I think.
-Pose and expression don't really explain anything about him or what he's doing.
-Shoulder to our left seems detached from his body.
Fifth picture
-Third guy looks really spaced out. Like, his eyes are going in opposite directions.
-Hands look a bit small.
-Third guy's belt isn't going through any belt loops and you can't see the top of the pants... so it looks like it's above the pants or something. It also looks loosely tied, so I think it's really ineffective.
-First guy's crotch reaches too low... The bottom of the crotch should be more in line with his wrist. Same for the third guy, I guess, but not as bad.
In general
-I agree with what Kupocake said. Legs need to be longer, and it's hard to tell if the girls are girls.
-The waist isn't clear... The hips should be wider and go inward to meet with where the upper body goes inward to create the waist.
