I'm looking for some moderators!
You'll have have all or most of these apply to you:
- You have at least 1000 forum posts (can be observed on your 'my gaia' page.
- You're very literate, with correct grammar and punctuation and such.
- You've been on Gaia for at least 730 days (2 years) (Don't worry, if you have 715, 729 or something like that i won't exclude you from this).
- You've been a moderator in a guild or guilds before.
- You're an active, dedicated member of the guild (posts almost every day, has donated, made banners, ect.)
- You're over thirteen years of age (if not, you shouldn't really be on gaia, but don't worry, most people joined before then anyway; i won't dob you in.)
- You have a computer at home which you're able to acess frequently during the week (for at least an hour a day)
- You're prepared for the responsibility.
When you fill out your form, be sure to mention which of these are true.
Please do not be upset if you're not picked! I really hate confrontations and so please don't scare me by complaining. I am quite emotionally fragile when it comes to angry people, and however calm i may appear i'm probably hyperventilating into a paper bag here in reality where you can't see me.
Okay, that was a little exaggerated. But please, if you're not picked it's probably because you don't apply for enough of the above points or i've already got the mods i need. The more members we get, the more mods i'll need, so don't give up! Just keep pointing people in our direction, post your form and when we need more moderators i'll continue to scour the posts here and pick out more! Right now we have about 18 people and so we don't need all that many moderators right now.
Also, i'm flying this plane solo with no co-pilot, so if you do uber-well in your moderations you might get promoted to vice-captain!
