My family's in turmoil over a tragic situation. My baby niece was taken by CPS when she was taken to a clinic for a rash. She had 2 broken femurs, a collapsed lung and scratches on her back. They took my brother and his girlfriend into custody and he passed his polygraph test. His girlfriend was just too immature and wasn't ready to be a mother. But he took an investigation paper and they're pressing the charges for it. He could be locked away for 15 years. My niece is ok now but they're being way too harsh on my brother.
