You're here because you're the creative sort. You like participating in collaborative storytelling, sure...but maybe that's not enough for you. Maybe you're the guy who comes up with the setting, system, and overarching plot for the game. If that's the case, then this section is for you. Here you can paint your wildest stories with NPG's awesome community here to enjoy your work and creativity. But before you go any further, there are just a handful of guidelines you should follow...
1.) Pick a System You can create your own method of adjudicating rules and what-nots if you like, but NPG already has a couple of dice-based systems in place for your use. Or you can go completely diceless and allow for pure storytelling (you rebel, you). Whatever you choose to do, make sure your players know what they're getting into beforehand.
2.) Keep it Clean I'm not saying you can't drop an F bomb if the dramatic situation calls for it, but generally try to keep things at a borderline PG-13/R level. If you must go further, at least designate that your thread is for mature audiences only.
Also, by keep it clean, I mean keep it organized. Try to keep present your thread as uncluttered by signatures, OOC posts, and other nonsense that detracts from a sweet, professional looking game.
3.) Follow Through Stay attentive to your game's development and progress. It's frustrating when the Storyteller disappears without warning and nothing kills a thread faster. If you want your game to flourish it needs your daily attention - at least a short post to let everyone know you're present and interested in what's going on.
If you follow these three guidelines, I can almost guarantee that your game will be a success. I'm pulling for you and as always, if you need help or advice feel free to ask me or any Crew member.
